Weekly WTF (March 7th-13th)

Weekly WTF is a new series on Raptor Face where we look at the weird shit going on in the world. Today we bring you two stories that are too weird to be made up:

First up we have THIS lovely article where a bill is trying to be passed in New York where it will be against the law for restaurants to use salt in their food. The argument is that if a paying customer is able to salt food to their liking, they will have more control over their health and well being.

Are you fucking serious? You want to take away one of the most important parts of cooking a meal? You actually want to tell a chef that has spent years learning his craft that he cannot salt the food he is preparing? Instead you want to give that job to some idiot who is just going to tip the salt shaker up and pour it all over his meal?
If you are worried that you won’t be able to control your weight or that your health will suffer because a chef is salting your food, perhaps you should keep your fat ass at home. If having someone else, an expert of cooking by the way, salt your food is going to kill you, then you should go ahead and end it all.

If that wasn’t weird enough, check out THIS article. Now honestly I have talked on the cell phone while driving, and on the rare occasion I have eaten while driving, but NEVER have I done that while driving.

What makes this article a weird read for me is the fact that this girls ex-husband was in the car with her. I understand fixing up your lady parts, but to do it while driving down the road with your ex husband in the car with you all while going to see your boyfriend…weird.
