And be able to explain your products and services in great detail to your current and potential customers. This builds conviction in what you’re doing, and people are drawn to that type of energy. They may ask a ton of questions – but most (i said most not all) questions prospects ask are rooted in the fear of failing at the business. What they really want to know is whether YOU can truly help them reach their goals. You need to show people that you can lead them to their success.
